The artwork unraveled gradually over the course of 1 week.

A large green knitted piece spirals from the ceiling, suspended in tension with the motorized mechanism that slowly unravels it. The thread accumulates in spools on the floor as the form collapses into itself.

This work began with a mistake — the same kind of error that originated this entire practice. The spiral is not a symbol of process; it is process made visible. What unravels was never meant to be permanent. What remains is the evidence of something that happened, and cannot be repeated.
