The artwork unraveled gradually over the course of 1 week.

Three embroidered pieces hang side by side, each connected to a motorized mechanism — the first prototype, horizontal, primitive. Over one week, all three unravel simultaneously.

Las Parcas spin, measure, and cut the thread of life. This work began there — with the image of thread as duration, as destiny, as what connects birth to death. It was the first time the unraveling was the work. Everything that followed came from this gesture: the mistake made deliberate, the ending made visible.

What remains are three empty frames and the thread that once filled them.
