In Las Parcas, a spindle rotates with a uniform movement and causes the unraveling of three embroidered canvases, indicating a kind of automatism in the planetary system: the law of perpetual return.

Las Parcas represents the irreducible character of destiny: time and life turn and mercilessly unravel. The double aspect of life manifests itself: the necessity of movement, from birth to death, reveals the contingency of beings, and leaves in its path the traces of what once was.
